Why Does Delivery Take ~90 Days?

Every FotoATM kiosk is custom-built to order. We don't sell mass-produced units off a warehouse shelf. When you order, here's what happens:

Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery is approximately 90 days from the date your order is confirmed. This includes component sourcing, custom assembly, quality assurance testing, software configuration, and freight shipping. We will provide tracking information once your kiosk ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (United States): Flat-rate freight shipping — $899 per kiosk to any US address.
  • International: Available by consultation only. Contact Sales@fotoatm.com for an international shipping quote.

Delivery Requirements

  • Signature required. An authorized representative must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
  • Inspect upon arrival. Inspect the packaging and equipment immediately at the time of delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
  • Report damage within 48 hours. If you discover shipping damage after opening, photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at Sales@fotoatm.com or 470-210-6187.
  • Risk of loss transfers to Customer upon delivery and signed acceptance.

Shipping Damage

If your kiosk arrives with shipping damage, we will work with the carrier and you to resolve the issue promptly. This may include filing a carrier claim, providing replacement parts, or shipping a replacement unit at no additional cost. Shipping damage must be documented with photographs and reported within the timeframes above.

Order Updates

You will receive email updates throughout the manufacturing process, including order confirmation, manufacturing progress updates, and shipping/tracking notifications.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds, No Cancellations

Every FotoATM kiosk is custom-manufactured to your order specifications. Once your order is placed, we immediately begin sourcing components and committing materials and labor to your build. For this reason:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed orders.
  • Orders cannot be modified once manufacturing has begun.

This policy is standard across the photo booth and custom kiosk manufacturing industry.

What About Defective Equipment?

Our All Sales Final policy does not override your warranty rights. If your kiosk arrives with a manufacturing defect:

  • Report within 10 days of delivery for immediate resolution.
  • We will repair or replace defective components under our 1-year limited warranty at no cost to you.
  • In rare cases where a unit cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement kiosk.

Software Subscriptions

Software subscriptions (Standard, Professional, Enterprise) may be canceled with 7 business days' written notice. No refunds will be issued for the remaining term of any prepaid annual subscription. Monthly subscriptions will not be charged after the cancellation effective date.

If you purchased through our leasing partner Click Lease, cancellation and return policies are governed by Click Lease's separate terms and conditions. Contact Click Lease directly for lease-related inquiries.
