How is the software installed?
After you sign up, a FotoATM specialist contacts you within 24 hours to schedule a remote setup session via TeamViewer. They install and configure everything on your kiosk — no technical knowledge required on your end.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact support@fotoatm.com to make a change.
Do I need a FotoATM kiosk to use the software?
The software is designed for FotoATM kiosks but can run on compatible Windows-based photo booth hardware. Contact us to verify compatibility with your setup.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your subscription automatically begins at the end of the 30-day trial. You'll be charged at your selected plan rate (monthly or annual). You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe checkout. Annual plans can also be paid via ACH bank transfer.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee. The specialist onboarding session is included free with every plan. We handle installation, configuration, and training at no extra cost.
How do I cancel?
Email support@fotoatm.com or call 470-210-6187 to cancel anytime. If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged. After the trial, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

How does AI Green Screen work?
